PC Enhancements' Polices

PC Enhancements is not responsible for your data files.  We assume all important information has been backed up prior to service.  If you have not backed up your data, please inform us before service.  We will attempt to save your data.  PC Enhancements is not responsible for equipment left in the service department for more than 45 days.  We consider this a reasonable amount of time for the equipment to be considered delinquent and/or abandoned.

Return Policy

PC Enhancements has a standard 7-day money back guarantee for all new products.  After this 7 day period (within 30 days of purchase), a product may be returned in resalable condition - that is, it must be in the original packaging, with all labels and/or markings intact and must include all materials included in the packaging (including adapters, manuals, software, etc.) along with the original invoice.  The product may be returned for store credit or a refund less a 15% restocking fee.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
